A new voice prompt ConferEx has been developed for the InterCall audio-conferencing system. The new prompt allows multiple convinient ways for callers to start and join conferences though the callers using pulse-mode phone have no access via the ConferEx.

A new version of the remote access client User-agent having extended capabilities has been released. User-agent(Ex) allows system operators to monitor in real time all the system channels. What's more operators now can inercept and drop calls at any time.
