Creating a new message broadcasting task
Consequence of actions made by the system to form a messaging task is as follows:

Preparation of a voice or a fax, email, SMS message. Voice message consists of voice files, internal database fields and text files. Voice files can have one of the following format:
- VOX ADPCM 6kHz (can be recorded from phone)
- VOX ADPCM 8kHz (can be recorded from phone)
- WAV PCM of any type(can be recorded from microphone)
- MP3 file
Internal data fields are digital, data or currency fields, which can be used for personalizing message. System can spell it by its own means. Text files are treated as text-to-speech files.
Fax, email, SMS message can consist of image files in TIFF format and text files.
Text files can include internal database fields, which can be used in the same way as in the voice message.

Formation of a list for calling using agents database and grouping feature.

Setting additional parameters of selected messaging task:
- Priority (five levels)
- Date and time of the beginning and the end of task
- Number of tries
- Time intervals, assigning the period to wait for another try to call for various types of events (busy, no answer, no carrier, no tone after dialing, etc.)
- The means of notification (by phone, fax, email, SMS or pager)
Launching a new message broadcasting task
When the creation of a task is completed it can be launched immediately or can be saved
for future use as a standard task. Then another module - Call manager starts processing
the task by making phone calls, sending faxes, emails, SMS and paging messages.

Messaging system Artix BroadsWord gives the system administrator a lot of means for monitoring and
managing message broadcasting tasks.
- Detailed information is available for any task (waiting, running or completed).
- Any running task can be stopped at any time and after a change of some task settings can be launched again.
- The administrator can view current state of any recipient in the task.
- A finished task can be re-launched again with all recipients to whom the system
failed to deliver a message due to some reason.
