Reports and statistics

Preparing and printing the reports in Artix BroadsWord

The messaging system BroadsWord allows the administrator to make and print reports, to listen to any voice messages left by recipients as confirmations and to see the system statistics. The report can be printed or be exported into the text file for further handling.


There are six reports available now:

  • Statistics. Common statistical report of the work done by the system for some period of time. It is shown as a round diagram with percent indication of thre results of notification.
  • Recipients. This report represents information about all recipients (or group of recipients). In the report such fields are included:
    1. Name, Second name
    2. Phone, email or SMS
    3. Date, number
  • Messages. This type of statistics shows all left messages and allows the administrator to listen to them.
  • Reaction. This is statistical report on a sociological questioning. It represents information about the reaction of recipients (answer or pressed key) on the question asked in the message.
  • Full report. This is the full report on all retries made by system during its work. Every successful or unsuccessful retry has an entry in this report which can be useful for the administrator to view the system work.
  • Brief report. This is the report on final results of all recipients in the task. It looks like a list with the recipients with his final task status - "Message sent" or "Message not sent".
