Operator can set the number of telephone lines used by the system and parameters of each line such as type of dialing (pulse, tone) and type of line that is defined by a way, if any, of connection to local, national and international lines (regional and domestic codes).

The administrator can configure intellectual handling of answering machine, pager service phones, SMPP server for notification by SMS, speech engines for text-to-speech capabilities, fax properties. The system is protected from unauthorized access by password that is under control of system administrator.
