Auto-informer module is used for solving the inverse task. A recipient calls to the system and after voice prompt enters special code (e.g. his phone number) and the system tells him the balance of his account. This small prompt is very simple but powerful add-on to the broadcaster because broadcasting tasks are limited in time and the incoming calls handling task is not. That's why Auto-informer prevents lines from being idle and properly handles the incoming calls.

Starting the Auto-informer at the first time one should indicate the channels (telephone lines) at which the module will process all incoming calls. It is recommended not to use the channels processed by Auto-informer by any other call processing application at the same time. Search field is the field of the system internal database by which the system identifies the calling recipient, Answer field is the field which value is used for telling the recipient his current balance.
