Each recipient has his own set of identification attributes (name, address), main telephone number, email, mobile phone number, fax and up to three additional (alternative) numbers which can be used in case the system fails to call the agent at the main number. Operator can add recipients into the base, change their attributes, delete recipients from the base and group recipients to form a list for calling.

One of the very important features of BroadsWord is universal import from any database registered in ODBC or BDE. External databases can have their own format of data, can use any SQL-server or even can be simple text files. You just set the relationship between fields of the internal and external databases and press the Import button - all users will be added into the internal database and after that can be handled by system.
