Differences between 4.2 and 3.0 versions of autodialer Artix BroadsWord
- Usage of better Text-to-Speech technology. Version 4.2 uses SAPI 5.1 instead of SAPI 4.0 which gives better quality and productivity.
- Increased number of database fields for call recipients. Version 4.2 has increased the number of individual recipient's fields for numbers, dates, telephones, faxes. The number of available task's fields has been also increased.
- Automated grouping of recipients. Version 4.2 has the ability to automatically group recipients by values of first characters of any database field.
- Optimized peak database loading. Data import from external databases and launch of tasks are several times as fast as those of previous version (e.g. import time for 10 000 recipients data is now about 10 seconds).
- Extended abilities of broadcast message composition. The number of available fields per message has been increased up to 30 and the ability to use field's conditionals has been added. The user may now select various scenarios of system behavior before and after message broadcast.
- Previewing fax messages and pre-listening to voice messages. During a task composition the user has the ability to preview fax messages and pre-listen to voice messages to be broadcast to any recipient.
- Multiplatform architecture. Version 4.2 uses new more reliable software engine equally supporting a number of hardware platforms such as Dialogic, Cantata/Brooktrout, Eicon, Pika.
- Improved call manager. New version of the call manager has much more descriptive GUI, all statistical info is clearly seen in the main windows, there's no need to start Administrator each time you want to see some results.
- Voice prompts. All system prompts (including voice libraries for numbers, dates, currencies) are re-recorded in a new format with better quality (8 bit PCM u-Law 8kHz).
