3.0 versus 2.0

Differences between 3.0 and 2.0 versions of autodialer Artix BroadsWord

Network capabilities. Version 3.0 has got the capability of remote administrating and launching tasks. Users of the system can do it according to their rights and restrictions.
Two internal independent different databases. Artix BroadsWord 3.0 can use now besides internal Paradox database, InterBase server database. All databases are identical but Interbase database is more reliable with unlimited number of recipients (Paradox database can operate no more than 130000 recipients though its is much faster).
Fixed tree of voice image and text (media) files. All voice, image and text files in 3.0 version are located in fixed places. One can choose files for broadcasting tasks from fixed directories only.
Multilanguage support. As a result of fixed tree of media files there is no more possibility of main and alternative (for alternative language) message preparing cause it was not very logically. Instead of this each recipient has got now the field "language".
Extended individualization of message. Recipients has got now text, voice and image files fields besides number and dates fields. This allows very flexible message personalizing.
Image files format. Fax broadcasting now use not only TIFF Group III files but any available image files: JPG, GIF, BMP-files etc.
External database connection. If import possibilities are insufficient for comfortable work with the system one can connect an external database to the internal one. Further through SQL-queries the autodialer can automatically obtain data for broadcasting from the external database periodically. This allows totally automatizing the process of message broadcasting.
